Welcome to my personal website.

I am an assistant professor at KAIST School of Electrical Engineering, and the director of the Autonomous Control for Stochastic Systems (ACSS) Lab. My research interests lie broadly at the intersection of stochastic optimal control theory and learning-enabled adaptive decision-making, with an emphasis on methods that provide rigorous performance, stability, and robustness guarantees.

My lab and I have been graciously supported by the AFOSR AOARD, NRF, ADD, ETRI, and KIAST. We are also working in close collaboration with various faculty and researchers throughout Korea (e.g., KAIST, Seoul National University and Kyung Hee University) and the USA (e.g., UIUC). I serve as an Associate Editor for the IEEE Robotics and Automation Letters (RA-L).
